Food and Beverage Assistant Manager
We are looking for someone who has experience from previous restaurant operations. You are confident and mature, and have good leadership skills. Furthermore, we want you to be flexible, have a good mood, have good communication skills, are hardworking and conscientious.
You must be organised, structured and clear.
And of course.. you have a great interest in restaurant life and happy guests!
The position is largely operational, but will also include administrative tasks in connection with forecasts, PMI, planning and further development. We are looking for you who are motivated by being present with guests and colleagues in service when things are getting hot!
Evening and weekend work must be expected.



Job duties

At work: 15 November - approx. end of April

Chef and Junior Chef
We are a modern neighborhood restaurant with a passion for taste, atmosphere and solid food experiences. With a well equipped kitchen, stable guest traffic and a clear vision for both à la carte and corporate catering, we are now looking for a chef who can help us take things further.

An experienced chef, preferably with management experience or a natural talent for responsibility.

You are passionate about taste, presentation and good guest experiences.

You are confident in your profession and take ownership of the kitchen.

You enjoy variety: small dishes, party menus and a menu that develops with the season.

You know the Norwegian systems for HACCP, IK-MAT and suppliers.



Job duties

Manage the daily operations of the kitchen – both during a quiet lunch and a full house in the evening.

Develop and update the à la carte menu and menus for various companies and events.

Ensure high quality, good flow and control of both raw materials, finances and people.

Build and lead a strong, safe and inspiring kitchen team.
